Flooring in Luxembourg, precise down to the detail

The floor carries your room, literally and in atmosphere. A precisely laid floor with clean joints, even transitions and the right impact sound rating is the foundation of every good interior. In Luxembourg we lay everything that meets your standard: parquet, vinyl, laminate, tiling.

Our floor coverings

Which material for which room? We give you an honest answer, not every covering suits every budget or every use.

  • Solid parquet and engineered parquet (oak, walnut, ash, smoked oak)
  • Design floors / LVT (vinyl), waterproof, tough, quiet underfoot
  • Laminate floors in every quality grade
  • Porcelain stoneware and ceramic tiling
  • Natural stone tiles for bathrooms and entrance areas
  • Impact sound insulation to acoustic requirements
  • Skirting boards and transition profiles
Tile laying in detail with precise transitions
Porcelain stoneware laid precisely, even joints, clean edges, frost-safe build-up.

The substrate decides how long it lasts

Before the visible floor goes down, the substrate matters most. We check residual moisture in the screed, level out unevenness, plan the impact sound and fit vapour barriers where needed. You won't see any of this later, but you'll feel it: a floor that lasts 30 years without creaking or bowing.

We lay floors in Roost - Mersch, Luxembourg City and the Greater Region

Our service area covers the whole of Luxembourg, from a single-room replacement to large commercial projects.

FAQ

Flooring

What does parquet laying cost per m² in Luxembourg?

For quality oak parquet including substrate preparation and impact sound: around €80 to €140 per m² for laying alone, plus €40 to €120 per m² for the material depending on timber species and grade.

Can I lay parquet over underfloor heating?

Yes, but the timber species and laying method have to suit it. For underfloor heating we recommend thin engineered parquet and advise against solid timber. Honest advice included.

How long does it take to lay 100 m² in an apartment?

With a prepared screed: typically 3 to 5 working days for parquet or vinyl. Tiling takes longer because of the adhesive and grout curing times.
